Creator economy
A ladder, in order — each rung stands on its own without the next.
-
01
Analytics — free, live now. Plays, per-checkpoint funnel, DNF heatmap, ratings. No cost to you; it's telemetry the game already records.
-
02
Reputation. Ratings, creator levels, a verified-creator badge, featured curation.
-
03
Templates & remixes. Publish-as-template with attribution — a great threat design becomes portable.
-
04
Marketplace — planned. Paid premium quests. Rev-share proposed at 80/20, creator-favouring. Tips ("buy the creator a coffee") as the low-friction entry point.
-
05
Commissions. Brokered bespoke work — RunQuest takes a fee, creators get a pipeline.
